2. Enter any bad tenant info you have into the computer, or give us your list
3. Free access to the database whenever you need to check out a potential renter
As a member of RentalHistory.net, you will have access to our password protected, secure national database of bad tenants. We do not collect any information other than name and last known address(s), as well as a brief description of the circumstances. To make the most out of this website, we ask our members to enter their bad tenant info so that others will be protected.
